We Use Only the Best!

All our equipment is top-of-the-line, professional-grade quality.

Our DJ equipment sounds awesome and looks great. You can see our equipment set up at a recent event in our Photo Gallery. We do not have messy wires all over the place, use old equipment or hang huge, ugly banners on our table. We also come to every event with crisp white linens and table skirts, and we wipe down all our components before every event. This ensures our equipment looks neat and clean every time.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure during your dance (this has never happened!) we have a complete professional backup system WITH US AT EVERY EVENT. This ensures the music will continue—no matter what. It would only take a couple of minutes for us to fix the problem by instantly replacing the component, unlike other DJs who have the backup equipment at home or in an office. Our backup components are the same as our main audio system. We do NOT use our home stereo for a backup system!

As an added bonus, if the venue has the space and the ceilings are high enough, we set up multicoloured dance lights and a mirror ball suspended on a truss high above the dance floor. We provide this normally expensive DJ add-on at no extra cost! In the event there is no space at the venue for the truss, we improvise and display dance lights to suit the room layout.

AUDIO EQUIPMENT AND BACKUP

Denon Dual CD/MP3 Player-The Denon DN-D4500 is a high-quality professional double CD/MP3 player equipped with a variety of functions and high performance characteristics specifically designed for mobile DJs around the world.

Denon DJ Mixer-The DN-X500 DJ mixer is the best possible combination of audio quality and features for DJs. Denon is a renowned provider of top-quality equipment for DJs and clubs. This rack-mountable mixer is designed to provide the reliability and sound quality you deserve!

QSC Amplifier-The QSC 1800-watt amplifier gives us clean, dynamic power with the legendary QSC sound quality and reliability that pros depend on for true studio-quality sound.

Yorkville YX12 Speakers-These speakers deliver outstanding performance and sound with no distortion. We use four of these speakers. Two are elevated so the sound is above your guests’ heads—not blasting away in someone's ears during dinner. Two more speakers on the floor are turned on during the dance!

Tripod Speaker Stands-These speaker stands are set up in the room for maximum sound and with our many different lengths of cord (up to 100') we can place our speakers for cocktail/dinner music to match the layout of the room and your guests tables.

Shure SLX Cordless Microphone-Our cordless microphones are high quality, top of the line and reliable. This microphone offers crisp sound that will not cause distortion or sound break ups. For every event we replace the batteries to ensure the microphone will last for the entire reception.

DANCE LIGHTS

Crank-2 System-This IS the ultimate mobile light stand system that we crank up. We start by setting up our lights and mirror ball on a truss at arms reach then easily “crank up” the dance lights up to 10 feet. This elevates the light show high above the dance floor for a great effect. We only use this stand if the venue has high ceilings and enough space.

Mirror Ball-The mirror ball is a classic club effect from the ’70s that refuses to fade away. Crisp, bright beams slowly rotate around the walls, ceilings and floors, giving wide coverage to a room or dance area. This mirror ball is the ideal centerpiece for weddings!

Revo II-The Revo II produces high-output moonflower effects for added eye pop and a truly unique-looking effect. The intelligent moonflowers are capable of covering an extremely wide area. The LEDs produce brilliant beams and colours, which outshine traditional halogen moonflowers and look great with or without a fog machine.

Rotoballs TRI LED-An ideal centerpiece effect, the Rotoballs Tri LED features dual rotating balls equipped with ultra-bright tri-colour LEDs. It covers a wide area with 60 razor-sharp sound-activated beams that dramatically change colours and strobe to the beat of the music.

Warp Light-This light produces “gobs of gobos” in our light show! The classic Warp moonflower effect has been a top choice for us for years. This popular colourful, sound-activated light combines a rainbow of colours with breathtaking 18-gobo patterns, and you get an eyeful of excitement, with high-energy visual effects swirling, moving and strobing to the beat of the music.

LED PAR64-This light is a powerful high output colour-changing fixture providing bright-saturated colours creating a warm and inviting dance floor. Combined with the mirror ball it generates a soft romantic effect for slow dances.

Projector-The Optoma EP731 brings stunning video quality to your wedding slide show. It's fully portable and has a crisp display. This means that, together with our large 7"x7" screen, we can show your images in wide screen. (RENTAL ITEM)

Portable Projection Screen-For a clear and vivid picture, our large 7'x7' clean and bright projector screen is ideal for your wedding slide show. This screen will be set up to ensure your guests will see your images clearly and in full view. (RENTAL ITEM)

SPECIAL EFFECTS

Bubble Blast-This is a spectacular special effect that creates thousands of bubbles. Perfect for the first dance or just to accent the dance floor throughout the night. Subject to venues approval. CAUTION: Bubbles may make the floor slippery. (RENTAL ITEM)

Dyno Fog II-This fog machine will blast out fog all night long. Combined with our light show, this will enhance your dance floor with dazzling effects. Subject to venues approval. CAUTION: Fog machines may set off smoke alarms. (RENTAL ITEM)
